Mark has been an arts practitioner, executive director, and consultant for over 35 years. His work spans senior roles at Arts Council England, leadership roles in arts and cultural organisations including Phoenix Dance Theatre, Unlimited, and Leeds 2023. As a consultant he has worked with cultural organisations, local authorities, and independent artists, and has collaborated on international projects such as the BBC World Service. Mark is currently Chair of Yorkshire Dance.
